The Look for Less: Road Trippin'

This ensemble with basic pieces such as skinny jeans and a white v-neck tee is great for summer road trips. I believe that even if on the road, one should still strive to look great. (Ask any of the junior high or high school students and staff at church. On our way to camp I wore a purple Calvin Klein maxi, silver glitter Bobs and a mint green Geneva watch).

This outfit works because it is fashionable and functional. 

I can't wait to wear this outfit in a few weeks on my family's annual 13 hour road trip to Oregon . . .

Side notes: The elephant necklace in the Look for Less is more expensive than the first one pictured, but the first one is no longer available. The white v-necks are mens tees. I usually but the 5 or 6 pack of Hanes at Target. They are comfy, not see through and modest, it's a win-win-win situation. The new John Mayer album is my summer soundtrack. I have been listening to it for free here. And for once the physical copy of the album is cheaper than the digital copy, which is great for those of us who are old fashioned and still listen to c.d.s.
